<br /> City of Grand Island, Ne�raska, and Fractional Lot
<br /> Five (5) in Block Thirty-Five (35) in Charles Wasmerts
<br /> Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska.
<br /> To r�ave and to hold the above described premises together with all
<br /> tenements , hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
<br /> grantees as joint tenants .
<br /> And ;rantor does hereby covenant with the grantees that grantor is law-
<br /> fully seised of said premises ; that they are free from encumbrance; that
<br /> they are conveyed subject to covenants , conditions , restrictions , reservations
