<br /> That the said Party of the First Part, the duly appointed,
<br /> qualified and acting Executor of said Thekla E. Schultz, Decease.d,
<br /> under her Last Will and Testament which. is of record in the office
<br /> of the Probate Court of Hall County, Nebraska, by virtue of the
<br /> power, direction and authority granted and conferred upon him,
<br /> under the said Will, in consideration of the sum of Forty Five
<br /> Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($�.5,500.00) to him paid
<br /> by the Party of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br /> confessed and acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain,
<br /> sell, convey and confirm unto the said Party of the Second Part,
<br /> and to her heirs and assigns forever all of the following described
<br /> tract of real estate, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> The West One-Half (W�) of Lot Two (2) , Island, and the West One-Half
<br /> of the Southeast Quarter (W�SE�,) of Section Twenty-Four (21�) and the
<br /> West One-Half of. the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br /> (W2NE�,NWw) of Section Twenty-Five (�25) , all in Township Ten (10)
<br /> North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> containing 130 acres a little more or less,
<br /> together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining;
<br /> and also all the estate, right, title, interest, property,
<br /> possession, claim and demand whatsoever, which the said Testatrix
<br /> had in her lifetime, and at the time of her decease, in which the
<br /> said Party of the First Part has, by virtue of the said Last Wil1
<br /> and Testament, or otherwise, of, in, or to the above granted
<br /> a � premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with appurtenances.
