<br /> tween JAME� W. VIEREGG, of Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska, "
<br /> Executor and Trustee under the Last Will and Testament of Eva
<br /> Brass �Vieregg, Deceased, late of Grand Island, Hal1 County,
<br /> Nebr-aska, Party of the First Part, and DOBESH FARMS INC, , a
<br /> ' Nebraska Corporation, Party of the Second Part,
<br /> W I T N E S S E T H:
<br /> That the Party of the First Part, being the duly appointed,
<br /> qualified and acting Executor of the Estate of Eva Brass Vieregg,
<br /> Deceased, under her Last Will and Testament, which is of record
<br /> in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, under and by virtue
<br /> of the power and authority granted to him under such Will, and in
<br /> consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED 'TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
<br /> AND NO/100 Do�lars ($102,200.00) to him paid by the Party of the
<br /> Second Part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
<br /> these pre.sents, grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, convey and
<br /> confirm unto the Party of the Second Part and to its successors
<br /> and assigns forever the following described real estate situate
<br /> in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Z'he Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section Four (4) ,
<br /> in Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11)
<br /> T�iest of the bth P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining there-
<br /> to and also all of the estate, right, title, interest, property,
<br /> possession, claim and demand whatsoever which the said Eva Brass
<br /> Vieregg haci in her lifetime and at the time of her death and which
<br /> the Party of the First Part has, by virtue of said Last t�Iill and
<br /> Testament, or otherwise, of, in, or to the above granted premises
<br /> and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises with the hereditaments
<br /> and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Party of the
<br /> , Second Part and to its successors and assigns forever.
<br /> And I, JAMES W. VIEREGG, for myself, my heirs, executors,
<br /> and administrators do covenant, promise and agree to and with the
<br /> � Party of the Second Part that I am lawfully the Executor of the
<br /> Last i�Till and Testament of Eva Brass Vieregg, Deceased, and that
<br /> as such, I am lawfully seized of said premises, that said premises
<br /> are free from encumbrances, including any lien of encumbrance caused
<br /> by any claim for taxes levied against the estate of Eva Brass Vieregg,
<br /> Deceased, and that I have the power to convey as aforesaid and have
<br /> acted in making this conveyance in pursuance of the authority
<br /> granted in and by such Last Will and Testament, and that I have not
<br /> made, done, or suffered any act, matter or thing whatsoever as
<br /> Executor whereby the above granted premises or any part thereof
<br /> will, shall or may be impeached, charged or encumbered in any manner
<br /> whatsoever.
