<br /> HOWARD R. RA INFORTH and IVA p. RAINFORTH, husband and wife, in
<br /> his and her own right, herein called the grantors, in consideration
<br /> of One Dollarf love and other considerations, received from grantees,
<br /> do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto HOWARD R. RA INFORTH
<br /> and I�TA P, RAINFORTH, husband and wife, as tenants in common, herein
<br /> called the grantees, the following described real property in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska:
<br /> The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW4 Sw4) , and the North
<br /> ha lf of the 5outhwest Quarter (N z SW 4) , and the Northwest Quarter of
<br /> the Southeast Quarter (NW4 SE4) � and the Southwest Quarter of the
<br /> Northeast Quarter (SW 4 NE 4) ; and
<br /> a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE4 SE4)
<br /> containing la7 acres more or less, and a part of the Southeast Quarter
<br /> of the Sauthwest Quarter (SE4 SW4) containing 13.8 acres more or less,
<br /> all as more particularly described in warranty deed recorded in Book �
<br /> 139 of Deeds at page 680 in the office of the Register of Deeds; and
<br /> a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW 4 SE 4)
<br /> containing Oo4 acres more or less, as more particularly described in
<br /> warranty deed recorded in Book 152 of Deeds at page 485 in the office
<br /> of the Register of Deeds;
<br /> all above descxibed land being in Section Seven (7), Township Nine (9)
<br /> North, Range Eleven (11) , West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> THIS DEED IS FILED TO BREAK AND TERMINATE THE JOINT TENANCY HERETOFORE
<br /> EXISTING AND ESTABLISH A TENANCY IN COMMONe
<br /> TO I�1VE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together with all
<br /> tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
<br /> grantees ' heirs and assigns forever. Grantors do hereby covenant with
<br /> grantees and their heirs and assigns that grantors are lawfully seised
<br /> of said premises; that grantors have good right and lawf ul authority to
<br /> convey the same; and that grantors warrant and will defend the title
<br /> t o said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
