<br /> "WHEREAS , Doniphan Chapter No. 22.8, Order of the Easter� Star, of
<br /> Doniphan, Hall Cou�ty, Nebraska , is planning to consolidate with
<br /> the Giltner, Nebraska, Chapter Order of the Eastern Star and volun—
<br /> tarily surrender its ehapter and be dissolved, and cease to egist;

<br /> . "WHEREAS, said Chapter is the owner of ar� �di�rided one-half interest
<br /> in and to the IJorth Twenty-five (25} feet of Lot One (1) , in Bloek
<br /> Two (2) , in the Yillage of �o�.iphan, Nebraska , the same bein� �
<br /> rectang�zlar piece of land having a North frontage on Plta.� Street of
<br /> Sever3.ty-five (75) feet, ax�d an East frontage on Second Street of
<br /> Twenty-five (25) feet; and,
