<br /> Verna M. Gunlicks, ht�sband and wife, each in his and her own right
<br /> and as spouse of the other, for and in consideration of the surn of
<br /> One Dollar (�1.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
<br /> do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto C. C. Kelso, George
<br /> R. Ferguson and Ralph A. Herndon, as tenants in common, the undi-
