<br /> the East line of said Section 20, a distance of 628 feet to the Southeast corner of Bel-Air Addi-
<br /> tion to the City of Grand I sland, Nebraska; thence Westerly along and upon the South line of
<br /> said Bel-Air Addition, a distance of 175 feet; thence running Southerly and parallel to the East
<br /> line of said Section 20, a distance of 141. 49 feet to the actual place of beginning; thence running
<br /> Westerly a distance of 130 feet to a point 138. 88 feet South of the South line of said Bel-Air
<br /> Addition; thence running Southerly and parallel to the East line of said Section 20, a distance of
