<br /> RAY C. WINFREY and MARJORIE E. WINFREY, husband and wife,
<br /> herein called the Grantors, in consideration of One Dollars($1.00)

<br /> do grant, bargain, sell, convey and conf irm unto FRED POLLOCK and
<br /> ANTONIA POLLOCK, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of
