<br /> THIS DEED, made this �'� day of ��?�r�Ci! , 1967, by
<br /> and between BENNETT S. MARTIN of Lincoln, Lancaster County,
<br /> Nebraska, and C. E. CRONIN of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> Executors and Trustees under the La.st Will and Testament of
<br /> Leo B. Stuhr, Deceased, late of Grand Island, Hall County, State
<br /> of Nebraska, parties of the first part, and JOHN NIEDFELT, of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, party of the second part:
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, the
<br /> duly appointed, qualified and acting Executors of the Estate of
<br /> Leo B. Stuhr, Deceased, under his Last Will and Testament, which
<br /> is of record in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, under
<br /> and by virtue of the power and authority granted to them under
<br /> such Will, and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) ,
<br /> and other consideration, to them paid by the party of the second
<br /> part, and receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these
<br /> presents grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, convey and confirm
<br /> unto the party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
<br /> forever, all of the following described real estate situate in
<br /> the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW%,NE4)
<br /> and the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br /> (NW%aSE4) of Section One (1) in Township Eleven (11)
<br /> North of Range Ni;ie (9) West of the 6th P.M. , and the
<br /> West One-Half acre of the Southwest Quarter of the
<br /> Southeast Quarter (SW%,,SE4) more particularly des-
<br /> cribed as: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the
<br /> Southeast Quarter of Section .One (1) , in Township
<br /> Eleven (11), North of Range Nine (9) West of the 6th
<br /> P.M. , thence North along on the West line of said South-.
<br /> east Quarter Eighty (80) rods to the Southwest corner
<br /> of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
<br /> said Section; thence East and at right angles with the
<br /> West line one rod; thence South and parallel with said
<br /> West line Eighty (80) rods to the South line of said
<br /> Section; thence West along on said South line one rod to
<br /> the place of beginning and containing one half acre
<br /> more or less,
<br /> together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
<br /> thereto and also all of the estate, right, title, interest, property,
<br /> possession, claim and demand whatsoever, which the said Leo B.
<br /> Stuhr had in his lifetime, and at the time of his death, and which
<br /> the said parties of the first part have by virtue of said Last
<br /> Will and Testament, or otherwise, of, in or to the above granted
<br /> premises and every pa.rt and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br /> belonging unto the party of the second part and to his heirs and
<br /> assigns forever.
