<br /> KNOW AI,L MEN BY THESE PRESEN�S : That I, Bayard H. Paine, Jr. ,
<br /> as Executor of the estate of Alta I,. Jensen, deceased, being the duly
<br /> appointed, qualified and acting exeeutor o:f the said estate on this date,
<br /> and in pursuance of the power and authority granted .and conferred upon
<br /> me, under the terms of the Last 'Will and Testament of Alta L. Jensen,
<br /> deceased, which said I,ast Will and Testament was duly admitted to pro-
<br /> bate in the County Court . of Hall County, Nebraska , and is of record in
<br /> said office, and in consideration of the sum of FOUR THOUSAND, FIVE HUN-
<br /> DRED AND NOj100 DOLLARS ($4,500.00) , in hand paid , do hereby grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, convey and confirm, unto ROBERT D. ROBERTSON and JOAN C.
