<br /> William Dibbern and Joy Joan Dibbern, husband and wife; and
<br /> Keith Dibbern and Judy Marlene Dibbern, husband and wife; each in his and her own
<br /> right and as spouse of the other, , herein called the grantor whether one or more,

<br /> received from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell convey and confirm unto William Dibbern and
<br /> Joy Joan Dibbern, husband and wi£e,
<br /> as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real

<br /> subject to a mortgage in favor of Grand Island Trust Company, subsequently assigned
<br /> to Business Men's Assurance Company of America, in the original amount of $48,000,
<br /> recorded in Book 134 of Mortgages, Page 137, Hall County, Nebraska; and subject to
<br /> a mortgage in the original amount of $25 000 in favor of Production Credit
