<br /> � WHEREAS, in an action of_divorce in the District Court of Hall Gounty,
<br /> �� ; Nebraska, where Wayne D., Peterson was plaintiff and Vivian I. Peterson was .
<br /> � defendant, and upon the application of the plaintiff for the appointment of a Receiver,
<br /> a hearing was had, upon notice to the parties, on the 19th day of May, 1967, wherein
<br /> the Court ordered and decreed that the undersigned be appointed Receiver to carry
<br /> � out the orders of the Court as previously entered in a Decree of Divorce on
<br /> �
<br /> ; December 9, 1966.
<br /> In pursuance of said orders and �cree, I offered the foll;�wing described
<br /> real estate for sale at public auction, to-wit:
<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4)
<br /> of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Twelve (12} North, Range
<br /> Nine (9) West of the 6th p, m. , Hali County, Nebraska, and more
<br /> particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginriing at a point Eight Hundred Sixty-two and, Forty-one
<br /> Hundredths (862. 41).feet South and Sixty-six (66, 0} feet East
<br /> of the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4);
<br /> thence running southerly and parallel to the West line of said
<br /> • Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) a distance of Two Hundred Eighty-
<br /> two and Seventy-four Hundredths (282, 74) feet; thence running
<br /> easterly and parallel to the South line of said Southwest Quarter
<br /> (SW' 1/4) a distance of Seven Hundred Fifty-seven and Forty-three
<br /> Hundredths (757. 43) feet; thence running northerly and parallel
<br /> to the East lirie of the West One-half (W 1/2) of the Southwest
<br /> Quarter (SW 1/4) .a distance of Two Hundred Eighty-three and
<br /> Seventyrfive Hundredths (283. 75) feet; thence running westerly
<br /> and parallel to the South line of the North Half of the Northwest
<br /> � Quarter of the Southwest Quarter ( N 1/2, NW 1/4, SW 1/4) a
<br /> distance of Seven Hundred Fifty-seven and Thirty-seven Hundredths
<br /> (757. 37) feet plus or minus to the point of beginning and containing
<br /> 4. 93 acres, more or less.
<br /> and sold said real estate to Arthur Eugene Boysen for the sum of $7, 500. 00,
<br /> he being the highest bidder therefor, and thereafter, on the 25th day of July,
<br /> 1�7, said Court approved and confirmed said sale, and by order directed me ,
<br /> as said Receiver, to execute to the said Arthur Eugene Boysen a Receiver's
<br /> Deed conveying said real estate. '
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Ronald R. Fitzke, Receiver, in consideration of
<br /> the premises and the sum of $7,500. 00 so bid .and paid by the said Arthur Eugene
