<br /> as Executor of the estate of Grace B. Kleinkauf, deceased, being the
<br /> , duly appointed , qualified and aeting executor of the said estate on

<br /> ferred upon me, under the terms of the I�ast WiTl and Testament of Graee
<br /> k': ; B. Kleinkauf, deceased, which said Zast Will and Testament was duly ad-
<br /> i mitted to probate in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska , and is
<br /> I of record in said office, and in consideration of the sum of ZWEI,VE
<br /> , THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLZARS (�12,OOQ.00) , in hand paid, to hereby
<br /> � gran�t, bargain, sell, convey and confirm, unto WII,I,ARD L. WII,SON and
<br /> � - I,UCII,LE G. WILSON, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of
<br /> � survivorship and not as tenants in common, the following described

<br /> toge-ther with all the tenements , hereditamen�ts and appurtenances there-
