<br /> ;' the duly appointed, qua.lified and acting Executor of the estate
<br /> ' of Eli�abeth M. Skow, deceased, as Executor of the Estate of
<br /> Elizabeth M. Skow, Deceased, and pursuant to authority granted it
<br /> by the Last Will and Teatament of Elizabeth M. Skow, deceased, in
<br /> consideration of $11,800.00 received from grantees, hereby grants,
<br /> bargains, se11s, conveys and confirms unto Jerry R. Beck and
<br /> ; Gaylene M. Beck, husband and wife, as 3oint tenants and not as
<br /> ; tenants in common, the following described real estate situated
<br /> ' in Hall County, Nebraska., to-wit:
<br /> Lot Three (3) in AbrahamsonTs Subdivision Number 3
<br /> located on and being a Subdivision of Block Z'wenty
<br /> (20) of Schimmer�s Addition to the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska,
<br /> together with a11 tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br /> belonging unto the grantees as joint tenants, and al1 the estate,
<br /> right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of said Elizabeth
<br /> M. Skow, deceased, the testator, of, in and to the same, or any part
<br /> thereof.
<br /> The above described real estate is conveyed sub�ect to
<br /> covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements of
<br /> record and visible easements, and zoning regulations and ordinances
<br /> of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises unto the
<br /> � said Jerry R. Beck and Gaylene M. Beck, husband and wife, as �oint
<br /> � tenants and not as tenants in common.
<br /> The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska.,
<br /> Executor of the Estate and of the Last Will and T�stament of
<br /> Elizabeth M. Skow, deceased, hereby covenants that the premises are
<br /> free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for
<br /> taxes levied against the estate of Elizabeth M. Skow, deceased, and
<br /> does hereby warrant that it wi11 defend the said premises against
<br /> lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by, through or
<br /> under it.
