<br /> KNOW ALL I�tEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that ROBERT C. CHIPPS, as
<br /> Executor of the estate of Ona C. Petersen, Deceased, and pursuant
<br /> to authority granted him by the Last Will and Testament of Ona C.
<br /> Petersen, in consideration of One Dollar (�1.00) and other good and
<br /> sufficient consideration in hand paid to him by the grantees,
<br /> hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto CHARLES R. FRITH and
<br /> BESSIE E. FRITH, husband . and wife, as joint tenants and not as
<br /> tenants in common, the following described premises situated in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Seven . (7) and the Southerly One-Half (S�) of Lot
<br /> Five ( 5) , Block Twenty-Four (24) , in College Addition
<br /> to West Lav�rn, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraskae
<br /> Together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br /> thereunto belonging, and all 'the estate, right, title, interest,
<br /> claim or demand whatsoever of the said Testator of, in and to the
<br /> same, or any part thereof.
<br /> The intention of all parties hereto is that in the event
<br /> of the deat� of either of the grantees, the entire fee simple
<br /> title to the real estate described herein shall vest in the surviving
<br /> grantee.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises unto the
<br /> said Charles R. Frith and Bessie E. Frith, husband and wife, as
<br /> joint tenants, and not as tenants in common, and to their assigns,
<br /> or the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them, forever, and
<br /> the grantor hereby covenants that the prerrises are free and clear
<br /> of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes lavied
<br /> against the estate of Ona C. Petersen, Deceased, and does hereby
<br /> warrant that he will defend the said premises against the iawful
<br /> claims and demands of all persons claiming by, through or under
<br /> him.
<br /> IN VIITNESS WHEREOF Robert C. Chipps, as Executor of the
<br /> estate of Ona C. Petersen, Deceased, has caused these presents to
<br /> be executed this 22 day of June, 1967. .
