<br /> consideration received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and

<br /> P. M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly

<br /> Beginning at a point on the South line of said
<br /> Section Twenty-four (24), said point being One

<br /> feet West of the Southeast corner of said Section
<br /> Twenty-four (24), also being a point on the Westerly
<br /> Right-of-Way line of Highway 281; thence deflecting
<br /> right 69° 17' and running Northwesterly along said
<br /> ; Right-of-Way line, a distance of Six Hundred Ninety-
<br /> two and Three Tenths (692.3) feet, to a point of
<br /> e. ,; curvature; thence Nrthwesterly along said Highway Right-

<br /> more or less, are presently occupied by County Road Right-

<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with
<br /> all tenements,hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
<br /> grantees and to grantees' heirs and assigns forever.

<br /> with grantees' heirs and assigns that grantors are lawfully seised of said
<br /> premises; that they are free from encumbrance.
<br /> That Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey
<br /> the same; and that grantors warrant and will defend the title to said
<br /> premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br /> Grantors herein reserve an Easement of 35 feet i:n width along
<br /> and upon the West line of said tract for the purpose of creating a 70 foot
<br /> road for access and utility purposes and ingress and egress to the property
<br /> owned by the Grantors herein which the Grantors herein state that they will
<br /> add additional property to this to create the 70 £oot wide road. Grantors
<br /> further reserve as an easement across the South line approximately 33 fee�
<br /> North eieof for purpose f constructing, installing, maintaining and
<br /> cing any type of utilities.
