Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated April 2, 2010 (the "Deed of Trust") <br />which has been recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: <br />RECORDED APRIL 2, 2010 AT THE HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE AS INSTRUMENT N0. <br />0201002168. <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL <br />County, State of Nebraska: <br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A HERETO: <br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as RURAL ROUTE, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803. The Real <br />Property tex identification number is 400189828 and 400199734. <br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br />MODIFY TODD A MADER, A SINGLE PERSON AS TRUSTOR TO TODD A MADER, A MARRIED PERSON AND <br />CASEY N MADER, HIS SPOUSE AS TRUSTORS. <br />THE "MAXIMUM LIEN" SECTION OF THE DEED OF TRUST IS DELETED. THE DEED OF TRUST, AS MODIFIED, IS <br />INTENDED BY THE LENDER, TRUSTOR, AND BORROWER TO SECURE ANY AND ALL INDEBTEDNESS OF THE <br />BORROWER TO THE LENDER. <br />THE "FUTURE ADVANCES" SECTION OF THE DEED OF TRUST IS DELETED AND REPLACED WITH THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />"FUTURE ADVANCES. In addition to the Note, this Deed of Trust secures all future advances made by Lender to <br />Trustor whether or not the advances are made pursuant to a commitment. Specifically, without limitation, this <br />Deed of Trust secures, in addition to the amounts specified in the Note, all future amounts Lender in its discretion <br />may loan to Trustor, together with all interest thereon. This includes, but is not limited to, advances made by the <br />Lender under Promissory Note Nos. 101229247 and 101249863" <br />THE MATURITY DATE OF THE DEED OF TRUST AS SET FORTH IN THE "NOTE" DEFINITIION OF THE DEED OF <br />TRUST OF APRIL 2, 2040 IS DELETED. THE DEED OF TRUST, AS MODIFIED, IS INTENDED BY THE LENDER, <br />TRUSTOR, AND BORROWER, TO BE EXTENDED, AIVD REMAIN VALID AND ENFORCEABLE, FOR THE MAXIMUM <br />DURATION PERMITTED BY NEBRASKA LAW. <br />
