<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, �,Cj�
<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by Marlin
<br />Suck and Loretta Suck, husband and wife, to Adams County Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of Trust being dated 26th day of
<br />January, 2000 and recorded in the office of the County Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on February 10, 2000, as Instrument #0200001125, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest and esta.te
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the following described
<br />premises, to-wit:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE '/a) of Section Thirty-Four (34), Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as belonging
<br />to such premises.
