<br /> P.M. , more particularly described as f ollows: Beginning at
<br /> a point on the north line of said quarter quarter section
<br /> 167.0 feet east of the Northwest corner of the said quarter
<br /> quarter section, running thence due east along the north line
<br /> c� said quarter quarter section 85.0 feet to the southerly
<br /> right-of-way line of the C. B. & Q. R. R. Co. , running thence
<br /> south 73°46' East along said riqht-of-way line 157.4 feet to
<br /> the northwesterly corner of a tract conveyed to Abbott Lumber
<br /> and Grain Company recorded in Book 54 of Deeds at page 417,
