<br /> National Housing Act, as amerided (12 USC 17G1 et seq.) and the Department of Housing and

<br /> all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of the said Grantor, of,

<br /> of said Grantees, the entire fee simple title to the real estate described herein shall vest
