<br /> ROBERT H . DICKEY of the ri�ty of North Platte , in the State of Nebr-
<br /> aska , Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Bert Dickey , late
<br /> of� Grand Island, in the County of Hall , State of Ne�raska , deceased,
<br /> of the First Part , and EDWARD M. A.LLEN and BETTY J . ALLEN , husband
<br /> and wife , as joint terants with riqht of survivorship and not as
<br /> tenants in common , of Grand Island, in the Countv of Hall , of the
<br /> Second Part , I�ITNESSETH :
<br /> That the °arty of the First Part , by virtue of the power
<br /> and authority to him aiven in and by the said Last Will and Testa-
<br /> ment , and in consideration of the sum of Thirteen Thousand Twenty-
<br /> five Dollars ( �13,025 . 00) to him paid by the Parties of the Second
<br /> Part , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bar-
<br /> gained , sold , aliened, remised , released, conveved, and confirmed,
<br /> and by these presents does grant, bargain , sell , alien , remise ,
<br /> release convey , and confirm unto the Parties of the Second Part ,
<br /> their heirs , and assigns forever, and with the heirs and assigns of
<br /> the survivor of them forever, all of the following described real
<br /> property in Hall County, Nebraska :
<br /> Fractional Lot Five (5 ) in Fractional Block Taao (2 ) , in
<br /> Elm Place Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska ;the
<br /> Westerly Fift,y-four Feet (ti!54 ' ) of Fractional Lot Four
<br /> (4 ) in Fractional Block Ten (10) , in Charles �asmer` s
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska ; and the
<br /> Westerly 1 . 2 Feet of Fractional Lot Four (4) and all of
<br /> Fractional Lot Five (5) , in Fractional Block Ten (10)
<br /> of Palmer' s Subdivision of Lot Seven (7 ) of the County
<br /> Subdivision of the Southeast Ouarter of the Southwest :
<br /> Quarter (SE4SN�4) of Section Sixteen (16 ) , in Township
<br /> Eleven ( 11 ) North , Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P. M. ,
<br /> toget;�er with all and singular the tenements , hereditaments , and ap-
<br /> purtenances thereunto belonging , or in anywise appertaininq ; and the
<br /> reversion and reversions , remainder and remainders , rents , issues ,
<br /> and profits thereof; and also all the estate , right , title , interest,
<br /> qroperty, possession , claim, and demand whatsoever, both in law and
<br /> equity, which the testator had in his lifetime , and at the time of
<br /> his decease , and which the Party of the First Part has , by virtue of
<br /> the said Last Will and Testament , or otherwise , of, in , and to the abovE
<br /> granted premises , and every part and parcel thereof, with the appur-
<br /> tenances .
<br /> To have and to hold all and singular the above granted
<br /> premises , together with the appurtenances and every part thereof,
<br /> unto the Parties of the Second Part , their heirs and assigns forever,
<br /> or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever.
<br /> And the Party of the First Part, for himself, his heirs ,
<br /> executors , and administrators , does covenant , promise , and agree , to
<br /> an� with the Parties of the Second Part , that he is lawfully the
<br /> Executor of the Last Will and Testament of said Bert Dickey , and has
<br /> power to convey as aforesaid , and has in all respects acted, in making
<br /> this conveyance , in pursuance of the authority granted in and by the
<br /> said Last Will and Testament ; and that he has not made , done , or
<br /> suffered any act , matter, or thing whatsoever, since he was Executor
<br /> as aforesaid, whereby the above-granted premises , or any part thereof,
<br /> now are , or at any time hereafter shall , or may be impeached, charged,
<br /> or encumbered in any manner whatsoever. �--
