<br /> THIS INDENTURE, made this /3 `�'day of April, 1967, between
<br /> DAVID G< GRANT and MARIAN D. GRANT, husband and wife, the I,
<br /> "Grantors", and GRANT'S' TRUCK & CAR 5TOPS, INC. , a Nevada corpora- 4
<br /> tion, the "Grantee"; WITNESSETH: '

<br /> WHEREAS� the name of the Grantee was formerly Grant's of
<br /> Arizona, Inc. and Grant's of Arizona,. Inc. (now Grant's Truck & Car
<br /> Stops, Inc. } was the surviving corporation through a merger with Grant's
<br /> of Nebraska, Inc. , a Nebraska corporation, Articles of Merger of those,
<br /> two corporat.ions having been filed for record in the office of the Secretary ;
<br /> of State of the 5tate of Nebraska on March 17, T965 and recorded on Film �
<br /> Roll No. T4, Misc. Inc. at page 782, and by Agreement made and entered
<br /> into on June 11, 1962 between the Grantors and Grant's of Nebraska, Inc„
<br /> the Gr.antors had agreed to grart,bargain, sell and convey the real property
<br /> herein described to Grant's of Nebraska, Inc. ;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, to perform under said Agreement and in
<br /> consideration of the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLL:ARS, lawful
<br /> money of the United States of America, paid to or for the benefit of the
<br /> Grantors by Grarit's of Nebraska, Inc.. and by the Grantee herein, receipt . �I
<br /> whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Grantors do hereby grant, bargain, ;
<br /> sell, convey and confirm unto the Grantee the following described real
<br /> property situated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
<br /> Quarter (NW 1/4 NW 1/4} of 5ection 34 in Township
<br /> 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M. , more
<br /> particularly described as follows, to-wit:
<br /> Beginning at a point 354. 9 feet south and 470. 2 feet �
<br /> west of the northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter "
<br /> of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 NW 1/4) of said I \ I I

<br /> running thence southwesterly.along the northerly right-

<br /> of 320 feet, running thence north and parallel to the

<br /> running thence northeasterly and parallel to the
<br /> northerly line of said Federal Highway No. 30 a
<br /> distance of 320 feet, more or less, to a point of
<br /> beginning; .
<br /> TOGETHER with'all the tenements, hereditaments,
<br /> appurtenances, buildings, structures and irnprovements
<br /> to the same belonging and a11 of the estate, title, right
<br /> of homestead, claim or demand whatsoever of the
<br /> Grantors of, in or to the same or any part thereof.
