<br /> Know All �ten By These Presents, that in pursuance of an Order
<br /> of the Hon. Donald H. Weaver, Judge of the District Court of Ha11
<br /> County, Nebraska, made on the 29th day of November , 1966,
<br /> I was licensed by said Judge to sell at public auction in the manner
<br /> provided by law, the real estate hereinafter described; that thereupon,
<br /> I gave notice of the time and place of said sale as required by law,
<br /> and at the time and place_ therein specified, after said sale had been
<br /> held open one hour, I sold said real estate at public auction to Barbara
<br /> Do Weaver, she being the highest bidder therefor; that said sale was
<br /> thereupon reported to said Judge of the District Court and by him in
<br /> all things confirmed, and I was ordered to make a deed of said premises
<br /> to said purchaser.
<br /> NOW9 THEREFORE, I, John F, McCarthy, Administrator of the Estate
<br /> of Allen B. Barber, deceased, in consideration of the premises and the
<br /> sum of Sixty Five Hundred Dollars ($6500.00) so bid and paid by Barbara
<br /> Do Weaver, and by virtue of the powers intrusted in me by said Order
<br /> and proceedings, do, by these presents, grant, se11 and convey unto
<br /> the said Barbara D. Weaver, and unto her heirs and assigns, the real
<br /> estate described as follows, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Thirteen (13), Block Three (3), Better Homes Subdivision
<br /> to the City of Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska,
<br /> with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and to hold the
<br /> same unto her, the said Barbara D. Weaver, and to her heirs and assigns,
<br /> forevero
<br /> In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my. hand this 2nd
