Stuhr, his wife, did, on <br /> the 14th day of April, 1961, duly transfer and convey to the <br /> County of Hall, State of N�braska, as a gift for the benefit <br /> of the Hall County Museum, a tract of land containing 35 acres <br /> more or less located in the East half of the Northeast quarter <br /> (EZNE 4) of Section Fifteen (15) , Township Eleven (11) North, <br /> Range Nine (9) West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, hereinafter more particularly described, and, <br /> WI�REAS , Bennett S. Martin and C. E. Cronin, Executors and <br /> Trustees under the Last Will and Testament of Leo B. Stuhr, <br /> Deceased, in furtl� rance of the objects and purposes of such Last <br /> Will and Testament of Leo B. Stuhr, Deceased, did on the 22nd <br /> day of April, 1963, duly transfer and convey to the County of <br /> Hall, State of Nebraska, as a gift for the benefit of the Hall <br /> County Museum, the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> The West half of the Northwest quarter (WZNTn�4) of <br /> Section Fourteen (14) , Township Eleven (11) North, <br /> Range Nine (9) West of the 6th Principal Meridian, <br /> Hall County, Nebraska, less public road and sewer <br /> ditch right of way, such tract containing 77 acres <br /> more or less, and, <br /> WHEREA�, the Hall County Museum Board, by Resolution duly <br /> adopted, determined that such real property, which real property <br /> was not being used or needed for Museum purposes, should be so�.d <br /> and disposed of and the proceeds thereof applied toward the co�n- <br /> struction and the completion of the Stul�r Museum of the. Prairie <br /> Pioneer, now being erected by the Hall County Museum Board, and <br /> thereafter, and after advertising said sale for three weeks in <br /> a legal newspaper published in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> setting out the time, place, terms, manner of sale and the legal <br /> description of such real estate, duly sold the same to Union <br /> Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation, such Union Pacific Railroad <br /> Company being the highest bidder for cash for such real property, <br /> and, <br /> �REAS, Union Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation, has <br /> requested the Executors and Trustees of the Estate of Leo B. <br /> Stuhr, �eceased, to execute and deliver to them a deed transferring <br /> to such Union Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation, any interest <br /> which the Estate of Leo B. �tuhr may have in and to such property, <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, such property was duly transferred by Leo B. Stuhr <br /> and May D. Stuhr and by the Executors.of the Estate of Leo B. <br /> Stuhr for the benefit of the Hall County Musem, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the proceeds of the sale of �such property wi.11 be <br /> applied toward the construction ando�mpletion of the Stuhr-Museum <br /> of the Prairie Pioneer, now being erected by the Hall County Museum <br /> Board, and will further tlie objects and purposes as set forth in <br /> the Last TnTill and Testament of Leo B.
