Hall County, Nebraska, Museum Board a deed therefor, and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County, Nebraska, Museum Board has duly
<br /> executed and delivered to Union Pacific Railroad Company, a
<br /> , corporation, warranty deed transferring unto such Union Pacific
<br /> Railroad Company, a corporation, the aforesaid real estate and
<br /> has received from such Union Pacific Railroad Company, a corpora-
<br /> tion, the purchase price therefor, and,
<br /> WHEREAS, Union Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation, has
<br /> requested the County of Hall, State of Nebra�a, to execute and
<br /> deliver to it a quitclaim deed transferring to such Union Pacific
<br /> Railroad Company, a corporation, any interest which the County
<br /> of Hall, State of Nebraska, might have in and to such property,
<br /> and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, did on the .'� �` day of ..� l 2t , , 1967, by
<br /> Resolution duly adopted direct the conveyanc of such real estate
<br /> by quitclaim deed to Union Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation,
<br /> and directed the Chairman of the County Board of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, after the executioz�. �.r�d de' ivery by the Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, Museum Board, of their deed conveying such property to
<br /> Union Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation, and the payment of
<br /> the purchase price therefor, to execute and deliver to such Union
<br /> Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation, a quitclaim deed therefor.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the County o� Hall, State of Nebraska, in
<br /> consideration of the payment by Union Pacific Railroad Company,
<br /> a corporation, to the Hall County, Nebraska, Museum Board of the
<br /> purchase price therefor, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey
<br /> and confirm and quitclaim unto Union Pacific Railroad Company,
<br /> a corporation, the following described real property in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> The Wes� half of the Northwest quarter (W2NW4) of
<br /> Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br /> Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, l�ss public road and sewer ditch right
<br /> of way and containing 77 acres more or 1ess, and,
<br /> A tract of land in the East half of the Northeast
<br /> quarter (E2NE4) of �ection Fifteen (15) , Township
<br /> Eleven (11) North, Range NinQ (9) , West of the 6th
<br /> P.M. , Ha11 County, Nebraska, described as follows:
<br /> Starting at a point on the East Section line One
<br /> Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Five and three/tenths
<br /> feet (1,455 .31 ) South of the Northeast corner of
<br /> said Section, thence No�-th on the East Section line
<br /> a distance of One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-
<br /> Five and three/tenths (1,455.3T ) , thence West on the
