WARRANTY DEED
<br /> The Grantor, Hall County, Nebraska, Museum Board, a public
<br /> corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of
<br /> Sections 51-501 to 51-512, Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943,
<br /> as amended, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other
<br /> consideration received from the Grantee, does grant, bargain,
<br /> sell, convey and confirm unto Union Pacific Railroad ,Company,
<br /> a corporation, herein called the Grantee, the following described
<br /> real property situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> The West half of the Northwest quarter (W2NGT4) of Section
<br /> Fourteen (14) , Township Eleven �11) North, Range Nine (9) ,
<br /> West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska, less public
<br /> road and sewer ditch right of way and containing 77 acres
<br /> more or less, and,
<br /> A tract of land in the East half of the Northeast quarter
<br /> (E2NE4) of Section Fifteen (15) , Township Elev�n (11)
<br /> North, Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, described as follows : Starting at a point on
<br /> the East Section line One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Five
<br /> and three/tenths feet (1,455.31 ) South of the Northeast
<br /> corner of said Section, thence North on the East Section
<br /> line a distance of One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Five and
<br /> three/tenths (1,455.3r ) , thence West on the Section line a
<br /> distance of Twenty-Nine and two/tenths feet (29.2T ) to a
<br /> point on the Southerly R. 0. W. line of highway number 30,
<br /> thence Southwesterly on said right of way line a distanee
<br /> of One Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Three and five/tenths
<br /> feet (1,443.5f ) to a point on the West line of the East half
<br /> of the Northeast quarter (E2NE 4) of such Section Fifte�n
<br /> (15), Thence Scu th on the West line Eight Hundred Eighteen
<br /> feet (818T ), thence East One Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-
<br /> Three and four/tenths feet (1,333.41 ) to the point of begin- .
<br /> ning, excepting therefrom the public highway. Such tract
<br /> containing 35 acres more or less.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br /> belonging unto the Grantee and to the Grantee's successors and
<br /> assigns forever.
<br /> And the Grantor for itself and its successors does hereby
<br /> covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's successors and
<br /> assigns that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises ;
<br /> that they are free fr�m encumbrances; that the Grantor has good
<br /> right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that the Grantor
<br /> warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the
<br /> lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
