<br /> Nebraska� and C. E. CRONIN of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> Executors and Trustees under the Last Will and Testament of
<br /> Leo B. Stuhr, Deceased, late of Grand Island, Hall County, State
<br /> of Nebraska, parties of the first part, and UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD
<br /> COMI�ANY, a corporation, party of the second part:
<br /> T�'ITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, the
<br /> duly appointed, qualified and acting Executors of the :Estate of
<br /> Leo B. Stuhr, Deceased, under his Last �Till and Testament, which
<br /> is of record in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, under
<br /> and by virtue of the power and authority granted to them under
<br /> such T�ill, and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
<br /> and other consideration, to them paid by the party of the second
<br /> part, and receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these
<br /> presents grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, convey and confirm
<br /> unto the party of the second part and to its successors and assigns
<br /> farever, all of the following described real estate situate in
<br /> the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the East Half
<br /> of the Northeast quarter (E 2NE 4) of Section Fifteen
<br /> (15), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)
<br /> West of the 6th P.M, in Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br /> particularly described as follows : Beginning at a
<br /> point on the East line of said Section Fifteen (15) ,
<br /> said point being Sixty-Six (66.0) feet North of the
<br /> Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE 4) ;
<br /> thence Westerly along a line Sixty-Six (66.0) feet
<br /> North of, and parallel to the South line of said
<br /> Northeast Quarter (NE4) , a distance of One Thousand
<br /> Three Hundred Nineteen (1,319.0) feet, to the West
<br /> line of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br /> (EZNE 4) ; thence northerly along, said west line of the
<br /> East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E2NE4) , a distance
<br /> of One Thousand One Hundred Fifteen and Eight Tenths
<br /> (1,115.8) feet; thence deflecting right 90° 371 and
<br /> running Easterly, a distance of One Thousand Three
<br /> Hundred Twenty-Six and Four Hundredths (1,326.04' ) feet,
<br /> to the East line of said Section Fifteen (15) ; thence
<br /> Southerly along said East line o� Section Fifteen
<br /> (15) , a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Eighteen
<br /> and Four Hundredths (1,118 .04) feet to the place of
<br /> beginning and containing 33.91 acres, m�re or less,
<br /> together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
<br /> thereto and also a11 of the estate, right, title, interest, property,
<br /> possession, claim and demand whatsoever, which the said Leo B.
<br /> Stuhr had in his lifetime, and at the time of his death, and which
<br /> the said parties of the first part have by virtue of said Last
<br /> �ill and Testament, or otherwise, of, in or to the above granted
<br /> premises and every part and parcel thereof, raith the appurtenances.
