<br /> REFEREE��S DEED IN PARTITION
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
<br /> WHEREAS, in an action of Partition pending in the District Court
<br /> of Ha11 County, Nebraska, wherein Dee Anne Fairbanks, a minor, and Donald
<br /> Lindaay Fairbanks, a minor, by Margaret F. Newsum, their mother and next friend,
<br /> were Plaintiffs, and Joan E. Rockwood and John E. Rockwood, her husband, Ruth
<br /> Johnson and Charles Johnson, her husband, Marlin Kroger and Delores Kroger, his
<br /> wife, Wilbur Kroger and Betie Sue Kroger, his wife, Eva Bailey and Tom W. Bailey,
<br /> her husband, Arlene Krivohlavek, James T. Townsend, and Lloyd Hooever, were
<br /> Defendants, for the Partition of the premises hereinafter described, the under-
<br /> signed Referee, appointed by said Court to make Partition of the said real estate,
<br /> made report in writing, duly signed, setting forth the partition of said land
<br /> could not be made without great prejudice of the owners thereof, which report
<br /> was duly examined by said Court, and said Court being satisfied therewith,
<br /> confirmed the same, and thereupon made an order and caused the same to be entered,
<br /> directing me as said Referee to sell said pramises on the following terms, to-wit:
<br /> Fifteen per cent (15%) cash on day of sale and the balance remainder on confirmation
<br /> by the Court.
<br /> AND, In pursuance of said Order, I caused a Notice to be published in
<br /> the ��Grand Island Daily Independent,�� a newspaper printed and in general circulation
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, that I would; offer s�.id land for sale on the ground floor
<br /> of the Ha11 County Courthouse, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on the
<br /> llth day of January, 1967, at 2:00 P. M., of' said day, and at the time and place
<br /> stated in said Notice, and after said Notice had been published for more than
<br /> thirty (30) days, I offered said 1and, to-wit:

<br /> ' " husband and wife, in Joint Tenancy with right of survivorship of Grand Island,
<br /> '� � Nebraska, for the sum of $6,000.00, said Elmer A. and Rose Ann Jacobsen, being
<br /> the highest bidder therefor. And afterwards, on the 20th day of January, 1967,
<br /> said Court approved and confirmed said sale, and by an Order directed me as
<br /> said Referee to execute to said E1mer A. and Rose Ann Jacobsen, a Deed conveying
<br /> said land to E1mer A. and Rose Ann Jacobsen i.n fee simple.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, RICHARD L. WALDRON, Referee, in consideration of
<br /> the premises in the sum of $6,000.00 to bid and paid by the said Elmer A. and
<br /> Rose Ann Jacobsen, and by the virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do by
<br /> these presents grant, sell and convey unto the said ELMER A.JACOBSEN and ROSE
<br /> ANN JACOBSEN, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants with right of survivorship,
<br /> and not as tenants in common, the following described real property in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, to-wit: •
<br /> All that part of Lot Three (3), and Four (4), in B1ock Three (3),
<br /> in Lakeview, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
