<br /> ' KNOW ALL MEN'�BY THESE PRESENTS that in pursuance of an
<br /> order of the Honorable Donald H. Weaver, Judge of the District
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, made on the 9th day of December,
<br /> 1966, I was licensed by said Judge to sell at public auction in
<br /> the maner provided by law, the real estate described as: �"
<br /> The East one-half (EZ) of the South one-half
<br /> (Sz) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the
<br /> Northwest Quarter (NWa) of Section Twenty (20) ,
<br /> Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) ,
<br /> West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> that thereupon I gave notice of the time and place of sale as
<br /> provided by law and at the time and place therein specified after
<br /> said sale had been held open one hour, I sold said real es�te at
<br /> . public auction to Edward Nanousek, he being the highest bidder
<br /> 'a therefor; that said sale was thereupon reported to the Judge of
<br /> the District Court and by him in all things confirmed, and I was
<br /> ordered to make a d�ed of said premises to said purchase; and I
<br /> sold the said premises to the said Edward Hanousek without an
<br /> abstract and sub3ect to real estate taxes of record.
<br /> Now therefore, I, Eileen Cosner, Administrator of the
<br /> Estateof Steve Lyons, Deceased, in. consideration of the premises and
<br /> the sum of $1 ,000.00 so bid and paid by Edward Hanousek, and by
<br /> virtue of the powers intrusted in me by said order and proceedings
<br /> do by these presents grant, sell and convey unto the said Edward
<br /> Hanousek and unto his heirs and.assigns, the real estate described.
