<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That in pursuance of an Order
<br /> of the Hon. Donald H. Weaver, Judge of the District Court of Hall
<br /> County,• Nebraska, made on the 30th day of September, 1966 , I was 1i-
<br /> censed by said Judge to se11 at public auction in the manner provided
<br /> by law, the real estate hereinafter described; that thereupon I gave '
<br /> notice of the time and place of said sale as required by law and at
<br /> the time and place therein specifie�, after said sale had been held
<br /> open one hour, I sold said real estate at pubLic auction to Eugene
<br /> Van Wie and Connie Underber.g Van Wie, they being the highest bidder t

<br /> therefor, that said sale was thereupon reported to said ,Tudge of the
<br /> District Court and by him in a11 things confirmed and I was ordered

<br /> to make a deed of said premises to said purchaser.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Joseph D. Martin, Guardian of Violet M.
<br /> Gulzow Steffen, incompetent, in consideration of the premises and the
<br /> sum of Three Thousand Fifty and no/100 ($3050.00) Dollars so bid and
<br /> paid by Eugene Van Wie and Connie Underberg Van Wie, and by virtue of
<br /> the powers intrusted in me by said order and proceedings do by these
<br /> presents grant, se11 and convey unto the said Eugene Van Wie and
<br /> Connie Underberg Van Wie, hus,band and wife as joint tenants with right
<br /> of survivorship, andnot as tenants in common, and unto their heirs and �
<br /> �assigns , the real estate described as follows , to-wit: 'i
<br /> Lots One (1) , Two (2) , Three (3) , and the North Thirty-two ,
<br /> feet (N32' ) of Lot Four (4) , all in Belmont Addition to
