QUITCLAIM DEED
<br /> Raymond G. Wabel, defendant in the action in the District
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Case No. 15770, Lydia Wabel, Plain-
<br /> � tiff, vs. Raymond G. Wabel, Defendant, in compliance with the
<br /> Divorce Decree entered in said case in said Court, does hereby quit-
<br /> claim, grant, bargain, se11, convey and confirm unto Lydia Wabel,
<br /> the grantee, the following described real estate situated in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Lot One (1) , in Fractional B1ock Seventeen
<br /> (17) , in Ashton Place, an Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island, Nebraska, excepting
<br /> therefrom the south seven (7) feet of said
<br /> Lot heretofore conveyed to the City of
<br /> Grand Island by Quitclaim Deed recorded in
<br /> Book 115, at page 335, of Deed Records,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska , sub�ect to unpaid
<br /> real estate taxes, conditions, restrictions ,
<br /> covenants , and easements of record.
<br /> T'0 HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements , hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belong-
<br /> ing unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
