<br /> of .Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The Westerly
<br /> Line will run from the southerly corner of Lot Two (2)
<br /> Nine (9) Feet from the Center line of the railroad
<br /> spur northerly to a point one hundred (100) feet south
