<br /> Ha11 County Courthouse,. in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 9th day of
<br /> August, 1966, at 2:00 o�clock p.m. of said day, and at the time and place stated
<br /> • in said notice, and after said notice had been publiehed for more than thi�ri.ty
<br /> days I offered said lands, to-wit: The Northeast Quarter of Section Five (5)
<br /> in Township. 11 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., �n Ha11 County, Nebraska,
<br /> containing 163.88 acres, more or less, for. sale at public auction; and sold the
<br /> same to the HOME TRADE CORPC; '.:., of Grand Island, Nebraska, for the sum of
<br /> $55,063.68, said corporati;on being the highest bidder therefor. And afterwards,
<br /> on the' 18th day of August, 1966, an application to increase ssid bid was filed in
<br /> thi,s cause, and this Court did on the 6th day of September, 1966, set aside said
<br /> sale and offered said land for' sale in Court, and the HOME TRADE. CORP:,__ ; met
<br /> � the highest bid made at the sum of $60,000.00, whereupon the Court did sell and
<br /> confirm the sale of said farm land to it, the HOME TRADE CORP:, , and directed
<br /> the undersigned referee to convey said land to said corporation upon payment of the
<br /> �purchase price in fu11. Said deed of conveyance to be in fee simple and in
<br /> accordance with the terms upon which said farm land was offered for sale at said
<br /> auction. •
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Lloyd W. Kelly, Jr., referee, in consideration of
<br /> the premises and the sum of $60,000.00 so bid and paid by said HOME TRADE
<br /> CORP�.;_ .:. , and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do by these presents
<br /> ! grant, sell, and convey unto the said HOME TRADE CORP;,. _ and to its successors
<br /> f and assigns the real estate described as follows:
