. i <br /> (h) No worn-out or discarded automobiles, machinery, <br /> or parts thereof shall be stored thereon and no <br /> portion thereof shall be used for automobiles, <br /> junk piles, or the storage of any kind of �unk <br /> or waSte material. <br /> ' (i) No cows, hogs, goats, sheep or similar animals <br /> shall be kept or maintained on said tract or any <br /> portion thereof. However, this restriction does <br /> not apply to the keeping or maintaining of a pony <br /> or horse on said tract. <br /> (j) No billboards, sign boards (except suitable signs <br /> for sale of said tract), or unsightly ob�ects of <br /> any kind shall be mairtained on said tract. <br /> (k) When a sewer line is laid in any street on which <br /> said tract shall abut, it shall be incumbent and <br /> obligatory upon the own�r of said tract to estab- <br /> lish connection with said sewer system without <br /> dela,� and thereafter to make use of the same to <br /> the exclusion of all septic tanks and other private <br /> methods of handling sewerage. <br /> (1) Cesspools shall not be permitted on said tract. A <br /> septic tank and disposal field may be constructed <br /> thereon, p�-ovided the same is constructed in accord- <br /> ance with the plans and specifications approved by <br /> the Department of Health of the State of Nebraska. <br /> � (m) All construction and building upon said tract shall <br /> be so performed that it will comply with the require- <br /> ments of the building codes and ordinan�es, including <br /> building code ordinances, electrical coiie ordinances, <br /> and plumbing code ordinances, of the �ity of Grand <br /> I s lan:i, Nebra ska. , <br /> (n) No fences or hedges for the purpose of dividing or <br /> enclosing properties shall be constructed or <br /> planted forward of the front elevation of any resi� <br /> dential house or residential main structure. <br /> (o) Said tract shall not be subdivided or further divided, <br /> except that said tract mey be divided into subtracts � <br /> or sublots of at least one-half of the size of the <br /> original tract. Any such subdivided tract or lot <br /> shall have the width of at least one-half of .the � <br /> width of the original tract and a fuil depth of <br /> Three Hundred Thirty (330.0) feet.
