<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS.THAT, in pursuance of an order of
<br /> Honorable Donald H. Weaver, Judge of the District Court in and for Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, made on the 27th day of August, 1965, I was licensed
<br /> by said Court to sell at public auction in the manner provided by law,
<br /> the real estate hereinafter described; that thereupon. I posted bond in
<br /> the sum of Ninety Thousand Dollars as provided by said license, which
<br /> bond has heretofore been approved and have heretofore filed an oath as
<br /> Executor as required by law and thereafter I gave notice of the time and
<br /> place of said sale by publication in the Grand Island Daily Independent,
<br /> a legal newspaper, all as required by law, and at the time �nd place
<br /> specified in said notice, after said sale had been held open for more
<br /> than one hour, I sold said hereafter described real property at public
<br /> auction to Robert Brown an3 David Brown, they being the highest bidders
<br /> therefor; that said sale was reported to the Judge of the District
<br /> Court and by him on the 26th day of November, 1965, confirmed and I
<br /> was ordered to make a deed of said real property.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, 5amuel Lipson, Executor of the Estate of Virginia
<br /> R. Denman, deceased, in consideration of the premises and the sum of
<br /> Thirty-two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-six Dollars and Twelve Cents
<br /> ($32, 556.12) so bid and paid by said purchaser, receipt of which is here-
<br /> by acknowledged, and by virtue of the powers entrusted in me under said
<br /> proceedings and order of Court, do by these presents grant, sell and
<br /> convey unto Robert Srown and David Brown, as tenants in common, and unto
<br /> their heirs and assigns, the real property described as follows:
<br /> A tract of land comprising all of that part of said West
<br /> Half (W%) of Section Twenty-nine (29) , Township Ten (10)
<br /> North, Range Ten (10) , West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, lying South of the Interstate Highway and more
<br /> particularly described as follows: Beginning at the South-
<br /> east corner of said West One Half (W%) ; thence running West
<br /> along the South line of said West Half (W%) a distance of
<br /> Two Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-two and Four Tenths (2,652.4)
<br /> feet to the Southwest corner of said West Half (W'�) ; then�e
<br /> running North along the West line of said West Half (W'2) a
<br /> distance of Eight Hundred Fifty-two and Ninety-six Hundredths
<br /> (852.96) feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line
<br /> of the Interstate Highway; thence running Northeasterly along
<br /> said right-of-way line a distance of Two Thousand Eight
<br /> Hundred Twenty and Two Tenths (2,820.2) feet to a point on
<br /> the East line of said West Half(W�i) ; thence run�iing South
<br /> along the East line of said West Half (W�) a distance of
<br /> � One Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-six and Eight Tenths
<br /> (1,796.8) feet to the point of beginning and containing
<br /> 80.64 acres, more or less; and all of Lots One (1) , Two (2) ,
<br /> Three (3) , Four (4) , Nine (9) , and Ten (10) , in Section 32,
<br /> Township 10 North, Range l0, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, together with all accretions thereto, �`�`
