Weaver, Judge of the District Court in and for Hall <br /> County, Nebraska, made on the 27th day of August, 1965, I was licensed <br /> by said Court to sell at public auction in the manner provided by law, <br /> the real estate hereinafter described; that thereupon. I posted bond in <br /> the sum of Ninety Thousand Dollars as provided by said license, which <br /> bond has heretofore been approved and have heretofore filed an oath as <br /> Executor as required by law and thereafter I gave notice of the time and <br /> place of said sale by publication in the Grand Island Daily Independent, <br /> a legal newspaper, all as required by law, and at the time �nd place <br /> specified in said notice, after said sale had been held open for more <br /> than one hour, I sold said hereafter described real property at public <br /> auction to Robert Brown an3 David Brown, they being the highest bidders <br /> therefor; that said sale was reported to the Judge of the District <br /> Court and by him on the 26th day of November, 1965, confirmed and I <br /> was ordered to make a deed of said real property. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, 5amuel Lipson, Executor of the Estate of Virginia <br /> R.
