<br /> WARRANTY DEED
<br /> THIS INDENTURE, made this 30th day of August, 1966,
<br /> between CONTINENTAL OIL COMPANY, a corporation organized and
<br /> existing under and by virtue of the laws of the state of Dela-
<br /> ware, of the first part, and TRIANGLE FACILITIES, INC. , a cor-
<br /> poration organized and existing under and by virtue of the
<br /> laws of the state of IIelaware (whose post office address is
<br /> 100 West TEnth Street, Wilmington, Delaware) , of the second
<br /> part;
<br /> WITNESSETH:
<br /> That the said party of the first part, in considera-
<br /> tion of the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) , the receipt
<br /> whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant,
<br /> bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second
<br /> part, its successors and assigns, all of the following des-
<br /> cribed real estate situated in the county of Hall, state of
<br /> Nebraska, to wit: �
<br /> Lots Three (3) , Four (4) and Five (5) in Block
<br /> Ninety-seven (97) in Section Sixteen, platted
<br /> as Railroad Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> EXCEPTING, however, the oil, gas and other minerals
<br /> in and unde� the above described lands; and
<br /> SUBJECT TO such easements, rights of way, exceptions,
<br /> conditions and restrictions, if any, appearing of record, and
<br /> all existing leases covering and affecting the above described
<br /> property. : .
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with a.11 and
<br /> singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances• there-
<br /> unto belonging or in any wise appertaining, forever.
<br /> And for the same consideration, party of the first
<br /> part does hereby bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto the
<br /> said party of the second part, its successors and assiqns, all
<br /> of �the equipment of whatever character owned by party of. the
<br /> first part and now located on the above described premises,.
