<br /> DEED TO SHAREHOLDFRS ON DISSOLUTION
<br /> WHEREAS, a resolution to dissolve as provided by the Nebra��.a
<br /> Business Corporation Act and completely liquidate pursuant to
<br /> I.Pti.C. � 337, was adopted by the affirmativ� vote of more than
<br /> ; two-thirds of all of the out5tanding shares of stock of Bartenbach
<br /> Properties, Incorporated, a Nebraska corporation;
<br /> WHFREAS, on October i3, 1965, ''The Statement of Intent to
<br /> Dissolve" such Bartenbach Properties, Incorporated, was f iled in
<br /> �, the o£fice of the Secretary of State of Nebraska and the office of
<br /> County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, October 14, 1965;
<br /> WHERL-AS, adequate provision has been made f or payment of any
<br /> and all debts, abligations, and liabilities of such corporation;
<br /> � WHFREAS, there is certain real property belonging to the
<br /> co�poration rEmaining f or distribution to the sh�reholders as
<br /> tenants in common in the proportions of ownership of shares of
<br /> ; stock of such corporation of the par value of One Hundred Dollars
<br /> per share;
<br /> ' WHEREAS, the 5hareholders of such� corporation have surrender-
<br /> ed their several certificates of shares for cance3lation in con-
<br /> sideration of this conveyance and other distributions to i;h�m of
<br /> the assets of such corporation, in liquidation �hereof pursuant �
<br /> to I.R.C. � 337, and the Nebraska Business Corporation Act;
