EXECUTORS' DEED

<br /> THIS DEED,� Made this �_day of August, 1966, by and between
<br /> ELSIE GREEN of Marquetter Nebraska, and HE LEN STEVENS of Wood
<br /> River, Nebraska, Executr•ices of the last will and testament of
<br /> Fannie Juzek, Deceased, late of Grand Island in the County of
<br /> Hall, State of Nebraska, FIRST PARTYt and ROBERT T, BARLOW and
<br /> JOSEPHINE J, BARLOW, as joint tenants and with right of survivor-
<br /> ship and noy as tenants in common, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> SECOND PARTY;
<br /> WITNESSETH: That First Parties, the duly appointed, qualified
<br /> and acting executrices under the last will and testament of Fannie
<br /> Juzek, deceased, which is of record in the office of the probate
<br /> court of Hall County, Nebraska, by virtue of the power and author-
<br /> ity granted and conferred upon them under said Will, and in
<br /> consideration of the sum of SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($7, 000.00) ,
<br /> the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, do by
<br /> these presents gran�, bargain, sell, remise., release, alien,
<br /> convey and confirm unto second parties as joint tenants, all of
<br /> the following described land situate, lying and being in the
<br /> County of Hall, State of Nebraska: .
<br /> Lot One Hundred Four (104) of Buena Vista Subdivision,
<br /> an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as
<br /> platted,
<br /> together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining; and
<br /> also all the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession,
<br /> claim and demand whatsoever which the said testatrix had in her
<br /> lifetime, and at the time of her decease and which the first
<br /> parties have by virtue of said last will and testament, or other-
<br /> wise, of, in, or to the above granted premises and every part and
<br /> parcel thereof, with the appurtenances,
<br /> To I�AVE AND TO HOLD the said above-described land with the
<br /> hereditaments and appurtenances thereof unto the Second Parties
<br /> and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor
<br /> _ of them, forever.
<br /> And First Parties for themselves, their heirs, executors and
<br /> administrators, do covenant, promise and undertake to and with
<br /> Second Parties, their assigns and the heirs and assigns of the
<br /> survivor of them, that they are lawfully the executrices of the
<br /> last will and testament of Fannie Juzek, deceased, and have
<br /> power to convey as aforesaid, and have in all respects acted, in
<br /> rnaing this conveyance, in pursuance of the� authority granted in
<br /> and by the said last will and testament, and that they have not
