Said easement �raay <br /> may be also used for the installati�n, maintenance and replacement of any <br /> utiliti2s serving said last above described tract. Grantor and Grantee, <br /> their heirs, successors and assigns, shall keep said easement Uvay o�en <br /> and free from obstructions at all times for the movement of traffic, and <br /> the same shall not be used for �arking, and no buildings or other similar <br /> structures shall be e.rected or maintained on the easement way. The easement <br /> way .shall be hard-surfaced by Grantee in connection with the improvement <br /> of its property, and shall thereafter be repaired and maintained by �,he <br /> owner of the tract last above described, and such owner shall have the <br /> right at its expense to paint lines on such surface for the purpose of <br /> indicating the width and course of the easement way.
