<br /> A perpetual easement is hereby granted over, unde.r and across the
<br /> north 60 feet of the south 408.5 feet of the east 245 feet of the sou�heast

<br /> Meridian in Hall County, Nebraska, as a means of ingress and egress to and
<br /> from U. S. Highway 281 running north and south along the east line of said
<br /> Section 24, plus a perpetual easement over, under and across the north
<br /> 305' of the south 653.5' of the west 50 feet of the east 245 feet of
<br /> Section 24, Twp. l0 North, Range 10 'Nest of the 6th Principal Meridian in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, as a means of ingress and egress to and from H�vy,
<br /> U. S. 281 running north and south along the east line of said Section ?_4
<br /> to the �remises described as: Commencing at the southeast corner of said •
<br /> Section 24, thence westeriy on the south line of said Section 24, a
<br /> distance of 70.0' , said point beinq on the westerly highway right of way
<br /> line; thence northerly along said right of way line a distance of 203,84
<br /> feet to a point 71.6 feet westerly from the east line of said Section ?_4;
<br /> thence deflecting left 90°00� and running �Nesterly along said right of way
<br /> line a distance of 100.9 feet to a point 172.5 feet westerly from said
<br /> east line of Section 24 ; thence deflecting right 87°40' and running
<br /> northerly along said right of way line a distance of 450.0 feet, this
<br /> being the point of beginning for the tract for which said easement is
<br /> reserved; thence continuing northerly along the last described course a
<br /> distance of 533. 0 feet; thence deflecting left 30°56' and runninq north-
<br /> westerly along said right of way line a distance of 86.5 feet, thence
<br /> deflecting left 22°33' and running northwesterly along said right of way
<br /> line a distance of 307.5 feet, thenc� deflecting left 123°00' and running
<br /> southerly a distance of 792.04 feet, thence deflecting left 93°31 ' and
<br /> running easterly a distance of 340,28 feet to the actual place of beginning.
<br /> Said easement way shall be used as a means of passaae from the hiqh�vay
<br /> to the last above described trac� for pedestrians and vehicles of the o��rners
<br /> of the last above described tract, and the guests, r.atrons, customers and
<br /> emnloyees of the owners of said last above described tract, and of any
<br /> business or enterprise which may be located thereon. Said easement �raay
<br /> may be also used for the installati�n, maintenance and replacement of any
<br /> utiliti2s serving said last above described tract. Grantor and Grantee,
<br /> their heirs, successors and assigns, shall keep said easement Uvay o�en
<br /> and free from obstructions at all times for the movement of traffic, and
<br /> the same shall not be used for �arking, and no buildings or other similar
<br /> structures shall be e.rected or maintained on the easement way. The easement
<br /> way .shall be hard-surfaced by Grantee in connection with the improvement
<br /> of its property, and shall thereafter be repaired and maintained by �,he
<br /> owner of the tract last above described, and such owner shall have the
<br /> right at its expense to paint lines on such surface for the purpose of
<br /> indicating the width and course of the easement way. Of the two a�ove-
<br /> described easements, the grantee shall be obligated to main±ain only the
<br /> easement runnina north and south over, under and across the north
<br /> 30� ft, of the south 653.5 ft, of the west 50 ft. of the east 245 ft.
