<br /> and sold the same to Alice Layher for t e sum of $5,300.00, she being
<br /> � the highest bidder therefor and afterwa ds on the llth day of July,

<br /> directed me as said referee, to execute to said Alice Layher, a dEed
<br /> � conveying said lands to her in fee simp e, now therefore,
<br /> I, Herbert F. Mayer, Jr., referee, in consideration of the premises
<br /> i and the. sum of $5,3Q0.00 so bid and pai by said Alice Layher, and by
<br /> virtue of the powers vested in my by la , do by these presents, grant,
<br /> sell and c�nvey unto the said Alice Lay er and Alvin Layher, wife and
<br /> I husband, as joint tenants and not as te ants in common, and to the heirs .
