<br /> W. M, Woodyard (also known as Wyman M. Woodyard) and Virginia R. Woodyard, his
<br /> wife; and Anita B. Beltzer (also known as Bernice Beltzer) and James B. Beltzer,
<br /> her husband, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of

<br /> metes and bounds as follows:
<br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot Thirty-one (31) , also
<br /> being a point on the West line of the property known as Thavenet Ice
<br /> Pond Tract, thence running in a Southerly direction along the East line
<br /> of Lot Thirty-one (31) (also being the West line of Thavenet Ice Pond

<br /> and with the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them that grantor is lawfully
