<br /> W. M, Woodyard (also known as Wyman M. Woodyard) and Virginia R. Woodyard, his
<br /> wife; and Anita B. Beltzer (also known as Bernice Beltzer) and James B. Beltzer,
<br /> her husband, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of

<br /> Bernard L. Thompson and Evelyn Thompson, husband and wife, as joint tenants with

<br /> North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P. M., excepting therefrom that
<br /> part of Lot Thirty-one (31) of said Matthews Subdivision described in
<br /> metes and bounds as follows:
<br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot Thirty-one (31) , also
<br /> being a point on the West line of the property known as Thavenet Ice
<br /> Pond Tract, thence running in a Southerly direction along the East line
<br /> of Lot Thirty-one (31) (also being the West line of Thavenet Ice Pond
<br /> Tract, a distance of One Hundred Sixty-six and Seventy-five Hundredths
<br /> (166.75) feet to the Southeast corner of Lot Thirty-one (31) (also being

<br /> tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantees and
<br /> to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever.
<br /> And grantor does hereby covenant with the grantees and with their assigns
<br /> and with the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them that grantor is lawfully
<br /> seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance � � � �

<br /> warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
