<br /> That I or we, JACK VOSS and WILMA VOSS, husband and wife, each
<br /> in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, of the County of
<br /> Hally State of Nebraska, for and in consideration of the sum of One
<br /> Dollar (�1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
<br /> paid do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto SCHOOL
<br /> DISTRICT NUMBER 30 OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, the following described
<br /> real estate situated in Ha11 Coun�y, State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the West Half of
<br /> the Sauthwest Cuarter (W�SW�) of Section Two (2) , in
<br /> Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the
<br /> 6th P.M. , and more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point on the west line of said W2SW�,
<br /> said point being 26�.0 feet north of the southwest
<br /> corner of said W2SW�; thence running easterly and
<br /> parallel to the south line of said W2SW� a distance of
<br /> 33Q•0 feet ; thence running northerly and parallel to
<br /> the west line of said W2SW4 a distance of I6$.$5 feet;
<br /> thence running westerly and parallel to the south line
<br /> of said W2SW� a distance Qf' 330.0 feet to a point on
