Horst, its <br />authorized officer as trustee under the trust deed dated 3-17-04 executed by •Merrill J. Wissing and Betty L. <br />Wissing, husband and wife, in which Town & Country Banl� is named as benef ciary, and said corporation, <br />as trustee, and recorded 3-18-04 as INST. NO. 0200402621, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, has <br />received from Town & Country Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written reyuest to reconvey, reciting <br />that sums secured by such trust deed have been paid and that the Beneficiary has requested a reconveyance <br />the property to the Trustors. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the <br />said corporation, Town & Country Bank, by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby <br />reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Merrill J.
