<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> W I T N E S S E T H:
<br /> WHEREAS, by virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the Clerk of
<br /> the District Court of Hall County, in an action wherein F'irst National
<br /> Bank & Trust Company of Lincoln, is plaintiff and Roger L. Marsh,
<br /> et al. , are defendants, said case being docketed as Case No. 15599,
<br /> Docket 52, Page 323, I, the undersigned, Sheriff of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, offered said lands and tenements for sale at public
<br /> auction, on the 5th day of April , 1g66, at 2:OD P.M. , at the Hall
<br /> County Courthouse in the City of Grand Island, Ha13:� County, Nebraska,
<br /> and sold the same to First National Bank and Trust Company of Lincoln
<br /> for the sum of $_ 1�,.700.00 , as more particularly set forth in
<br /> the Return filed by the undersigned in said proceeding; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the said sale was afterwards confirmed by. the
<br /> District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in an Order dated the llth
<br /> day of April, 1966, wherein the undersigned was ordered and directed
<br /> to make and deliver to Fizat National Bank & Trust Company of Li�aoln
<br /> a deed to said lands and tenements,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Bill Ummel, the duly elected, qualified
<br /> and acting Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, pursuant to the fore-
<br /> closure decree entered by the District Court of Ha11 County,
<br /> Nebraska, and the Order of Sale issued by the Clerk of the Dis"trict
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and the Order of said court
<br /> confirming said sale, and in ord.er to carry into effect said sale
<br /> and acting pursuant to law and in consideration of the premises
<br /> do hereby gr�.nt, bargain and convey to First National Bank ofT�incoln'�p�'�
