<br /> Section Twenty-four (24; thence northerly along and upon the west line of said
<br /> Northeast Quarter(NE�) a distance of Seven Hundred Fifteen and Eight Tenths ,
<br /> (715.8) feet, to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No.
<br /> 30; thence deflecting r�ght 60� 33 ' and running Northeasterly along and upon
