<br /> Dollars ($3,000.00), received from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell,
<br /> convey and confirm unto Charles H, Fisher and Eleanora E. Fisher, husband
<br /> and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following
<br /> described real property in Hall Caunty, Nebraska :

<br /> Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, sub�ject, however, to
<br /> easements, restrictions, conditions, covenants
<br /> and reservations of record, and visible easements.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with all
<br /> tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belong unto the grantees
<br /> as joint tenants.
<br /> And grantor does here�y covenant with the grantees that grantor is
<br /> lawfully seised of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance, but
<br /> are subject to easements, restrictions, conditions, covenants and reserva-
<br /> tions of record, and visible easements; that grantor has good right and
<br /> lawful authority to convey the same, and that grantor warrants and will
<br /> defend the title to said premises against the l�wful claims of all persons
<br /> whomsoever.
