<br /> part and its successors and assigns, that party of the first part is lawfully seized
<br /> of said premises; that they are free from incumbrance; that it has good right and
<br /> lawful authority to sell the same; and party of the first part does hereby covenant
<br /> to warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
<br /> persons whomsoever, subject to the exceptions set forth above.
<br /> And the said GREAT LAKES PIPE LINE COMPANY hereby relinquishes all of its
<br /> estate, title, claim or demand in and to the above described premises.
