<br /> KNOW ALI�� MEN BY THES� PRESENT3: that, pursuant to an order
<br /> by the District Court ot' Hall County, Nebraska, made on the 27th day
<br /> of August, 1965, I was licensed by said court to sell at public
<br /> auction in the manner provided by law, the real estate here3r�after
<br /> described; that �hereupon I gave notice of the tirae and place of said
<br /> sale as required by law and, at the time and place therein specified,
<br /> after� said sale had been held open for more than one hour, I sold
<br /> said real estate at public auction to Bob R. Albee, he being the
<br /> highest bidder therefor, that said sale�w�ffi thereupon reported to
<br /> said court and by it in a11 things confirmad and I was ordered to make
<br /> a dee�l�.of said premises to said purehase�.
<br /> NOW THFREFORE, I, Vern H. Roaeh, eaecutor of the estate oP
<br /> Clar� Bea Roach, dece�sed, in consideration of the premises and the
<br /> total sum oP �3,025.00 so bid and paid by the said Bob R. A3:Bbm, and
<br /> by virtue of the power� intrusted to me in said order and proceedings,
<br /> do by these presents grant, sell and convey unto the said Bob R. Albee
<br /> and unto his heirs and assigns, the real estate described as follows,
<br /> to wit:

<br /> West of the Southeaat corner of Section Twenty Qne (21)
<br /> Township Elenen (11'), North, Range Nine (9) Wes� of the
<br /> � Sixth P. M., Hall Countg� Nebra�ka�, running thence North
<br /> 165 feet, thence West 66 feet, thence South 165 feet,
<br /> thence East 66 feet, to the place of beginning,
<br /> with all the appurtenances thereto belonging, to have and to hold
<br /> the same unto him, the said Bob R. A1bee, and to his heira and
<br /> assigns forever.
