<br /> The grantor J. F. Anderson Company, a corporation
<br /> organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State
<br /> of Nebraska, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good
<br /> and valuable consideration, received from grantee, does grant, bar-
<br /> gain, sell, convey and confirm unto J. F. Anderson Lumber Company,
<br /> a Minnesota Corporation, herein called the grantee whether one or
<br /> more, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest
<br /> Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW%,NE4) of Section
<br /> Twenty-four (24), Township Eleven (11), North,
<br /> Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point on the north line of said
<br /> Section Twenty-four (24), said point being Seventy-
<br /> five (75.0) feet west of the Northeast corner of
<br /> said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br /> (NW%,NE4) ; thence westerly along and upon said north
