SCHOEL and MYRTA J. <br /> SCHOEL, husband and wife, in consideration of TWO THOUSAND SIX <br /> HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($2,650.00) in hand paid, do hereby grant, <br /> bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto WILLIAM B.
